Product Features

  1. High overload ability of our HP inverter is up to 300% rated power(20 sec.).
  2. HP pure sine wave inverter adopts low quiescent current, and power saver mode to reduce power consumption to 29W(3s sensing cycle) *. It can extract max. power from various batteries with different protections, and low voltage trip can be selected (9.5V/10V or 10V/10.5V) (*2 for 24Vdc, *4 for 48Vdc).
  3. Uses PFC(power factor correction) for charger, which has less power consumption than conventional units and be able to obtain a power factor as close as to 1.
  4. It has 15s delay before transfer when AC resumes, and overload protection when our HP pure sine wave inverter equips with generator.
  5. 10ms typical transfer time from AC to battery, which guarantees power continuity of load supply. Uses selectable input AC voltage (165-264V or 195-264V) for different kinds of loads.
  6. Our HP charger allows start up and through power with depleted batteries. Its powerful charge rate up to 90Amp**.
  7. It can offer 3-step intelligent battery charging, and equipped with 8 preset battery type selector for totally flat batteries.
  8. LED status display, battery/AC priority switch, remote control are available for our HP pure sine wave inverter, it also has 17 alarms/warnings for easier operation and trouble-shooting, and ability to switch the unit on/off. In addition, select/deselect power saver mode can be used too.

Please Check these important 5 questions before purchasing your step down transformer:


1. What is the total watts used by appliances to be connected to the Transformer?

Select from our Step downs transformers based on how many watts your device uses. 

Choose the transformer rated above your devices watts usage.

E.g: Playstation 3 uses 380 Watts so you need the 500 watt rated stepdown transformer.


2. Does your appliance have a motor ?

If a motor is included then you should select a stepdown rating approx 25% higher than your motor as a buffer.  

Motors have a higher power use on the stepdowns and startup currents which need to be allowed for.

Most motors have a rating plate on them with their Power and Amperage rating.


3. Does your appliance have a mechanical timing device? 

If so, how critical is this timing device?The Transformer cannot change the Frequency. It is 50Hz

If a timing device is included the speed of the device may change due to the frequency change, 60Hz to 50Hz (eg old clocks, motors / fans/microwaves ) Most modern electronic devices should not be affected. Read more about frequency

4. Do you know the Amps of your device? - is so you can calculate the watts required:

Calculated as Watts = Amps x 110Volts  (eg 5 A x 110 V = 550 watts)


 

5. Do you wish to use multiple appliances from one stepdown?

Check total watts of all devices this must be less than the VA (Watt) rating of the stepdown & get a US Powerboard.

USA Equipment is identified as 110v, 115v , 120v  (requires a USA stepdown)    

Japan 100V (requires a Japan stepdown ) or 110V  

European 220v (requires a Euro stepdown)


Wattage - you need to check the Input Power Rating label on their Product  for the Watts (W) or the Amps (A) figures.If you see the HP (horse power) for a motor multiply it be 746 for watts then add 25% for motor.
