The USA powerboard allow for multiple devices to be run off one stepdown :

Note: Can only be used with a Stepdown Transformer or 115V power source, Not Australia's 240V. (It does not plug into an Australian power point)

Also can only be used up to the Maximum power (Watt) rating of the Stepdown Transformer it is connected to.

It does not Convert the Voltage.
