  • What is the total  watts used by the appliances that is to be connected to the  Transformer?
  • Total watts  are less than or equal to the VA rating of the below transformer needed*
  • Does your appliance have a motor*?
• Does your appliance have a mechanical timing device? If so, how  critical is this timing device? If a timing device  is included the speed of the device may change due to the frequency change, 60Hz  to 50Hz.
• If you know Amps of  your device then watts required= Amps x 110v (eg 5Amps x 115 = 575 watts)
• Do you wish to use multiple appliances from one stepdown?
• check total watts of all devices, this must be less than the  VA rating of the stepdown & you will need a USA Powerboard to run multiple  devices.

In the rare event of a  malfunction due to manufacturing we will refund or exchange ,if malfunction  due to misuse such as overloading / blowing fuse, extra cost may be incurred (please  always check fuse & if needed replace the fuse before returning unit) Exchanges,  refunds and replacements have a 20% restocking fee with shipping fees non  refundable.
